We will text or call you the day before we are due.
We carry out our services the next day (weather permitting)
Payment is made by all our options (see payment page)
We take payment via Direct Debit
Unlike a monthly Direct Debit our system only collects payments 3-5 days AFTER we have carried out our services, and is fully protected by the banking services Direct Debit Guarantee, you will also receive a email before any money is taken from your account. The company we use for this is GoCardless. We also except cash (via Prior arrangement), cheques or you can pay via card by calling the office.
